SCOTT M. CONN - President, CEO

Scott is a Veteran of the United States Army and United States Marine Corps. He has over 30 years experience in the national security business with a primary background in intelligence operations. Scott has earned a Masters of Arts in International Relations and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

RICHARD MCPHERSON - Executive Vice President

Richard is a retired Naval Nuclear Engineering Officer and United States Representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency. He has served on the Navy Board of Inspection and Survey, Propulsion Examining Board and on staff under Admiral Hymen Rickover. Richard holds advanced degrees in Engineering and International Finance.

E. Alan Platt - Vice President, National Security Division

Alan is a Naval Academy graduate with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and is a former Naval Aviator. With one of the most impressive resumes in the national security community, he has held senior positions within both the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency and has served as Chief of three field divisions. He is a graduate of the CIA Fellow's program and holds a Master's degree in Systems Engineering.

Craig Etka, Vice President, Sea Systems Tehnologies

Craig  is a Naval Academy Graduate with distinction, in Aeronautical Engineering, and holds a Master's Degree in Oceanography from Scripps Institution of Oceanography. He is a former Commanding Officer of USS Pogy (SSN 647).and served as the Senior Submarine Advisor in the Indian Ocean for Commander Submarine Group SEVEN and Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer on the Staff of Commander Carrier Group SEVEN. He was the War Plans Officer for Commander Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet and Operations Officer for the Defense Liaison Division of the Office of the Vice Chief of Naval Operations. For more than forty years, Craig has been involved at all Military and Civilian levels, including Program Manager, for the development and operation of undersea systems directly related to our National Security.
